Who Is Trina?

My name is Trina L.C. Sonnenberg. I have been a freelance commercial writer since 2004, with the creation of my web site and corresponding RSS feed, Ads-On-Q. I started my online career in 2000 with the creation of TLC Promotions and The TriiZine Ezine, and I've been writing ever since. Everything I know I taught myself. I bounced around the Internet for a long time trying to make money. I began writing about scams that I found, and eventually I published two books. My Journey, A Lifetime of Verseand Forever and Always... A True Love Story. I have ben a stay-at-home-mom for the last 14 years and have loved every minute of it. Prior to the staying home thing, I worked in service jobs, from waiting tables to managing a convenience store. In 1996 I married my high school sweetheart and have never been happier in my life. I grew up in a big city, Madison, Wisconsin, and moved with my husband to Colorado while pregnant with our youngest child. That was 14 years ago. Forever and Always is a book about my 30 year love affair with my husband. We met in 1979 and although it took us 17 years apart to finally come together, it has been the best experience of my life to be here with him. Our story is quite amazing. I've been told by those who know us that our story would make a great screen play. We'll see. Right now I am focusing on another book for publication. Some day I hope to make it to the NY Times Best Seller List.
Writing has been a passion of mine since early childhood. I wrote my first full length story at the age of 10. I began writing poetry at the age of 12. Writing poetry got me through the years I lived in abusive relationships prior to my marriage to my husband. It was therapy for me; a way of coping with the emotional and physical abuse I suffered. Now my oldest child is 21 years old and my youngest is 13. My life has been extraordinary for sure, and God gave me my kids so I would never be bored. |
