God Is An Artist

God Is An Artist This evening in the twilight, I beheld the most beautiful sight.
Breath-taking pastels signaling the coming of night.
Blue to violet, and a crooked line of red -
give way to pink meeting the horizon ahead.
As the sun went silently to rest -
My eyes took it all in,
How truly I've been blessed.
Thank you God for painting this masterpiece for me.
Not a man alive could paint more beautifully. Copyright 2008
